Structured Support

Service Contracts Built Around Response, Not Visit Count

In critical environments, the ability to respond at the moment of failure matters more than how often someone turns up for a scheduled inspection. Our contracts are structured accordingly.

Contract Options

Two Levels of Support

Each level balances preventative care against response capability. Both are delivered by Critical Environment Technicians and documented through ProReports™.

Basic Maintenance

Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing for critical power assets.

  • Scheduled preventative maintenance visits
  • Visual inspection and functional checks
  • Battery impedance testing and verification
  • Consumables and minor parts
  • Service reporting via ProReports™
  • Maintained asset register

Best for: sites with existing response capability or lower criticality, seeking professional maintenance and documentation.

Comprehensive Maintenance

Full lifecycle support with SLA-backed response and MTTR commitments.

  • Everything in Basic
  • SLA-backed on-site response times
  • Mean Time to Repair commitments
  • 24/7 monitoring and alarm response where applicable
  • Predictive maintenance for monitored sites
  • Priority fault response and escalation
  • Comprehensive battery testing and trending
  • Spare parts management where applicable
  • Monthly asset overview reporting

Best for: mission-critical sites requiring guaranteed response, uptime protection and proactive lifecycle management.

Response Commitments

SLA and MTTR, Measured and Reported

SLA defines our commitment to arrive on site within a specified timeframe following a service request or alarm.

MTTR measures the average time to restore a system to operational status following a failure.

Both are tracked, reported and reviewed. If we are not meeting them, you will see it in the reporting before you have to ask.

Where monitoring changes the contract

On monitored sites, a large share of battery faults are identified and scheduled before they become a callout. Comprehensive cover on a monitored estate is materially different to the same cover on a blind one.

Technical Capability

Delivered by Critical Environment Technicians

Every contract is delivered by technicians trained and experienced in working inside live, operational environments, where the wrong move has consequences beyond the job.

Live-site execution

Risk-managed intervention on energised systems, with controlled changeover procedures.

Fault diagnosis

Diagnosis and resolution under pressure, with vendor-aligned escalation when OEM support is the fastest path.

Documented every time

Professional reporting on every attendance, held against the asset register.

Batteries are the exception. Our capacity model limits what we take on for the UPS itself at larger sizes, but battery lifecycle work is self-delivered at every range. That is the specialisation.
Partner-Aligned

White-Label Contract Delivery

All service contracts can be delivered under partner branding, so you can offer structured maintenance and support to your customers without building internal delivery capability.

We provide the execution, documentation and response capability behind your offering.

Our Partner Model

Included in every contract

  • ProReports™ white-label documentation
  • Maintained asset register and site asset tree
  • Lifecycle forecasting for planned replacement
  • ISO certified execution
  • Critical Environment Technician delivery
